Private Lounge Hire

Celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, small gatherings or special occasions in a warm, boutique space, all while playing a round of golf!

Good to know...

  • The Swing Factory is by appointment only. Please book ahead to reserve your time.

  • Booking Fee. A booking fee of RM50 is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before the session begins.

  • Need to reschedule? Please let us know at least 4 hours in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.

  • Enjoy Your Music. Connect to our Bluetooth speakers and keep the volume at a reasonable level.

  • Safety first. Only the active player should be inside the hitting bay while a shot is being played.

  • Clean clubs, clean shots. Please ensure clubs and golf balls are free from mud and debris before use.

  • Food & drinks. Outside food and alcoholic beverages are not allowed for regular Sim hires but allowed for private lounge hire.

  • Conduct. The Swing Factory reserves the right to end a booking if guest behaviour becomes unsafe, disruptive, or causes damage to the venue.

  • Damage. Guests are responsible for any damage to TSF equipment or fixtures resulting from misuse, negligence or unsafe play.
